What are the differences between Essentials and Advanced?
How do you determine the range for timelines in your scripts?
The timeline range depends on several factors: the complexity of the product, communication between the developer and analyst, queue length, and project-specific conditions.
The timeline for each project will be estimated after a consultation call with the Developer.
Who holds the intellectual property (IP) rights for the scripts developed by Toodegrees?
Toodegrees retains the IP rights for scripts it develops. These scripts are provided to clients on an invite-only basis to protect our IP. However, clients retain the rights to the underlying concepts they provide.
Can Toodegrees profit from the scripts created for clients?
No, Toodegrees cannot sell, distribute, or profit from scripts created specifically for clients, according to our IP agreement. These scripts are for the client’s exclusive personal use, as outlined in the contract.

Can I request a custom script of a Pro+ tool with some tweaks?
Reworks of existing Pro+ tools are generally not considered full custom scripts. However, suggestions for additions or enhancements can be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on how closely they resemble the original tool.

Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined, and do you offer free consultations?
Pricing is based on project scope, billed at €150 per hour. We do not offer free consultations.
What are the payment terms and is the deposit refundable?
Full payment is required before development begins. A non-refundable $150 deposit secures your consultation and evaluation.
Does the deposit count toward the final project cost?
Yes, the deposit is applied to the total cost, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before any work starts.
What happens if my request is simpler than initially estimated? Will I be charged less?
The minimum project cost is $500. However, your final price is based on the developer’s estimate after reviewing your proposal. If the complexity is lower than initially expected, the total cost will be adjusted accordingly before development begins.
Revisions & Final Delivery
Do I get to test the script before making the final payment?
No, full payment is required before development begins. You'll be involved during the process to test and provide feedback, ensuring the final script is bug-free and thoroughly tested.
Are revisions included after delivery?
Yes, one free revision is included for bugs related to the original proposal. Additional changes or feature requests will require a new estimate and payment.
What if I forgot to include something after development starts?
Minor changes may be included at the developer’s discretion. Major modifications or anything that significantly alters the original proposal will require a new proposal and cost.
What if TradingView updates break my script?
If a TradingView update breaks your script, a review can be requested. Fixes may require extra development time and incur a cost if the issue is outside our control.
Can I request upgrades or changes later on?
Absolutely. You can open a ticket with your original developer anytime to request updates or new features.

Security & Privacy
Will my script be kept private, or will it be shared with other clients?
Your script is private and will never be shared with other clients.
Can I get the source code, or is it provided as an invite-only script?
The source code will never be provided under any circumstances. Scripts are delivered as invite-only on TradingView to protect the developer’s intellectual property.
Will my strategy or script be resold or used by Toodegrees?
No, your script will not be resold or used by Toodegrees. It remains exclusive to you under our agreement.

Support & Community
How long will I receive technical support after the script is delivered?
Support is provided to ensure the script works as requested from the proposal. Any major bugs within the agreed scope will be solved by the developer before final delivery. Enhancements or issues outside the original proposal will incur additional costs.
How long can I stay inside of the Custom Script Discord by Toodegrees?
You can remain in the Custom Script Discord indefinitely. For in-scope bugs, open a ticket with your previously assigned developer for further assistance.
